Suzan!
I am endlessly fascinated by this duo, Bompas and Parr, who have made a business and an art out of creating "food experiences". Apparently 2 guys left behind careers in politics and architecture, and now spend their days combining Victorian jelly-making techniques with amazing concepts, to create bespoke jelly moulds and food experiments for events, openings and performances. Some of their projects include a glowing jelly installation, a pyramid of breathable fruit, an artisanal chewing gum factory, a scratch-n-sniff banquet, and an architectural punchbowl, where people rafted over 4 tonnes of Courvoisier. God, how fun does that sound? Not to mention they can make caves out of sugar, and jellies in the shape of parliamentary buildings. We gotta meet these guys.
