    Hi the MLE!

Can't believe we're already into Feb right? Yikes. Forget where I found this, but been meaning to show you as its quite good. Not like the most original and groundbreaking, but the applications here are great.

For example, check out the first image above of the different museum posters. Very strong branding, but enough flexibility to allow for a number of plays on the logo (circle becomes symbol of Japan, sun behind the bird, question area, etc).

The second image shows the logo straight up, then with the different variations: blue tones = architecture, black+white = photography, browns = admin etc. The logo of every employee also shows a detail from his or hers respective field – so the logo used for curator of architecture field shows the detail of the building designed by a well-known Slovenian architect Jože Plečnik.

The third image shows a billboard. The last image shows tickets for different events and occasions (regular, free-of-charge, children’s, etc.).  I quite like the font used here too. Looks like some variation of Cholla Slab, you know what it is?

    Talk soon my friend!

    xxxx
